We offer Rock Steady Boxing at 2050 E. 2nd St., Gulf Shores, AL, inside of Wheeles Karate & Jiujitsu. We have classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11am-noon. Our trained coaches offer a variety of workouts, and we welcome our Snowbird boxers and vacationing visitors! Our groups are supportive communities and love to share their latest successes in dealing with Parkinson's.
