We offer 2 locations in Baldwin County, Alabama. At 2050 E. 2nd St., Gulf Shores, AL, we have classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11am-noon. We also offer classes for Eastern Shore residents on Tuesday and Thursday from 11am-noon at 25478 Friendship Rd., Daphne, AL. Our trained coaches offer a variety of workouts and we welcome our Snowbird boxers and vacationing visitors! Our groups are supportive communities and love to share their latest successes in dealing with Parkinson's.
