About

Classes are free and are held on Sunday's from 10:00 - 11:30 am.

FIGHT BACK!

We are learning every day that there are ways in which people with Parkinson’s disease can enhance their daily quality of life. No boxing experience is necessary. Our classes provide the opportunity to get out and socialize with others facing similar challenges and life-experiences. We focus on balance, strength, speed and coordination. In addition to being an intense, diverse form of training, boxing is also an incredible stress reliever, confidence booster and, it's FUN!

Call us to schedule an orientation. We want to show you the ropes and answer your questions before class begins.

We are thankful to have Stephanie Soto on our team. She is very passionate about working with individuals with chronic/persistent pain, spinal conditions, and Parkinson’s Disease. Stephanie is currently working at Zuppa Physical Therapy, in Burnt Hills. You can learn more by visiting: www.zuppapt.com
