At Rock Steady Boxing Hornell, we are proud to offer a supportive, empowering program for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease. Through purposeful, high-energy exercise, our goal is to help participants move better, feel stronger, and stay connected.
Our classes use boxing-inspired workouts to improve strength, balance, coordination, and overall function. Each session is designed to challenge the body and mind through dynamic movements, all while being adaptable to meet each individual where they are. No boxing experience is needed—just a willingness to show up and give your best.
At the Y, we believe in building community just as much as building strength. Rock Steady Boxing provides a space where participants can encourage one another, celebrate progress, and take an active role in their health and well-being.
We believe that consistent, intentional movement can empower our boxers to move better, feel stronger, and live more independently. Whether newly diagnosed or further along in their journey, individuals can benefit from the physical, cognitive, and social aspects of our program.
