Rock Steady Boxing – Solana Beach | Coach Ray Donahue
Fight Back. Move Stronger. Live with Confidence.
Rock Steady Boxing Solana Beach provides specialized, non-contact boxing and functional movement training designed primarily for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease, while also welcoming and supporting people facing other neurological and movement disorders.
Led by Coach Ray Donahue, our program combines Rock Steady Boxing principles with functional strength, balance, mobility, coordination, core activation, and mind-to-muscle connection. Every fighter is encouraged to work at an appropriate level while building confidence in what their body can still learn and accomplish.
Our goal goes beyond exercise. We create a supportive community where fighters can challenge themselves, build physical resilience, maintain independence, and fight back against dis“ease.”
Class Schedule – Tuesdays & Thursdays
11:00 AM–12:00 PM | Novice Fighters

12:00–1:00 PM | Seasoned Fighters
A higher-intensity class for fighters who are ready for more challenging boxing combinations, conditioning, strength, agility, and movement training.
If you or someone you love is living with Parkinson’s or another neurological or movement disorder, we would love to meet you, learn about your needs, and help determine the safest and most appropriate way to get started.
You don't have to fight alone. Let's fight back together.
